CAP writing and rhetoric, where to start?

I have a 5th grade dd who loves writing. She writes a lot on her own for fun. We have done narration and copywork to this point. This year we are doing MCT island level, so she has lots of grammar instruction. I was trying to follow their writing lessons, but think I'd rather add in the CAP material instead. Would you recommend starting at the beginning? Or jumping in somewhere?

As long as your DD is comfortable writing, I would skip Fable.  It's very gentle.

I would suggest starting with Narrative (book 2) unless your DD has already had a lot of practice writing narratives (both retells and origional stories) and you are stressed to get to essay-style writing right away.  Then you could potentially jump straight to Cheria.  BUT I think Narrative is a better entry point.
