Shellydon Posted July 21, 2018 Share Posted July 21, 2018 I have had back of head pain that is at the base of my skull and half way up my head for two days, but only when I bend over. It feels like major sinus pressure that you get when you are sick. The kind when you bend over your head feels like it will explode, BUT this is in the back of my head, not the front.
