If my chocolate consumption is therapeutic, I end up gobbling.  But I prefer to savor as it helps me eat less.  I hate it when I scarf down some chocolate and a minute later am already thinking "wait, did I actually eat that? 'Cause I didn't notice."  Then I go for more....

Or one could just have the necessary chocolate. ?

Savor. I break or cut a piece of dark dove into six little pieces.  I don’t enjoy a giant piece of chocolate in my mouth. Side note: I dislike truffles because they are too big, and if you bite it and it has a gooey center, the piece you aren’t eating starts oozing. Also, the truffle shell usually crumbles when I bite it, leaving tiny shards of dark chocolate in my hand.
