SKL
Slept like normal people. Sunday School & church. Some housework in preparation for the maids. Gave the kids their work to do. Helped with some homework. Yelled at some ornery kids (mine). I told my kids that if they finished all their work before dinner time, we could go somewhere to eat and then to the supermarket (a certain girl is very anxious to buy some ice cream). I agreed to this partly because we are supposed to buy some treats for their teacher for teacher appreciation week. I also want to make the kids write the thank you cards and that kind of thing. I have lots of client work to do, so let's see how much gets done before I crash.

Selkie
Busy day here today! did lots of cleanup in paddocks, stalls, and haysheds filled water tank got rid of more wasp nests in barns did a few loads of laundry & put away 4 baskets of clean stuff swept upstairs emptied garbage cans throughout house spent most of the afternoon in the kitchen - roasted asparagus, beets, and mushrooms and chopped up several big ziplock bags full of veggies for salads made dinner, which was kind of involved but very good Now, I have to finish up my barn chores and then go over my calendar for the week. I want to work on making a cleaning schedule so that I'm a little more organized in that dept. Then get some reading in before bed.
