Tina
Any must see sites or attractions there we don’t want to miss? Thanks
Pawz4me
What do you like to do? Myrtle Beach is mostly about five things -- the beach, golf (regular and miniature), shopping, eating and shows. Not necessarily in that order. ;) Notable (to me) things to do in the area not in those categories are Brookgreen Gardens and the Waccatee Zoo. The zoo isn't all that great as zoos go, but it's a mostly shady place that gives a nice break from sun and sand.
mmasc
The beach and miniature golf are our favorites there. :) We also really enjoy the pirate show on occasion. (We’ve been to the show twice, but we spaced it out by a few years.)
Tina
We love historical stuff best. Thinking Georgetown and some plantation tour. Besides mini golf. The Pirate show could be fun. Any favorite restaurants in the area?
Just Kate
Broadway at the Beach is fun! Lots of shops and fun restaurants. It is a very busy place with lots to see and do. Barefoot Landing also has shops and restaurants, but it is much more relaxed and laid back. Of course, we also enjoy miniature golf. It’s our must-do while at the beach.

mmasc
Charleston is way better than Myrtle! Go to Magnolia Plantation if you have time. It’s gorgeous!
plansrme
The Myrtle Beach Pelicans are a high-A minor league affiliate of the Cubs if you are at all into baseball.
Tina
We ended up at the Hopsewee Plantation and then the Rice Museum in Georgetown. We also did Fort Sumtner in Charleston, and ate some fantastic seafood. We did do some mini golf and the Pirate dinner show, too. Drove into NC to check it off the list. hehe. Also, check out the menu at Blueberry's Grill which is open just for breakfast and lunch. We will probably go again sometime. Thanks for the options I'll keep on the list. :)
