The first problem is that when I try to log into the forums, it doesn't recognize my user name. It will take my email address, though. I'd rather post under my user name for a variety of reasons. The second problem is that I have forgotten my forum password. I had a "reset password" link emailed to me, but when I click on it, it takes me to a menu. I found the capability to reset the password under account info, but it requires me to know my old password in order to do so. Please help!
