creekland Posted February 17, 2018 Share Posted February 17, 2018 We love ground lamb pan fried with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms with a decent amount of curry spice tossed in. It's one of our favorite quick meals (with another veggie and/or potatoes of some sort on the side and whatever the fruit of the meal is) - the whole family likes it, but then again, our whole family prefers the taste of lamb to beef so YMMV.
