Of course, I'm bursting with pride that dd has won her 3rd writing award now - her second Best Entry - but more than that, I wanted to share this piece because it describes so poignantly, in her own words, what dd has been through this past year. Thinking about my own dd's journey and I just am speechless. How brave your daughter is to share this. I promise you that she will ride that bike someday soon.
