Can you help me find this type of ankle boot for elderly?

This is for my 90-year-old mother.  I'd like to get her a pair for Christmas...  Either an ankle boot, or one of those step-in "mule" styles. Like this:  https://www.merrell.com/US/en/coldpack-ice-moc-waterproof/26947W.html?ref=coldpack&dwvar_26947W_color=J15752#q=coldpack&start=1

Some insulation would be good, since this would be a winter shoe and she would be going outdoors in it.  But, she'd also keep them on all day, since it's hard enough for her to put them on just once!

Laces will not work.  Her fingers are too arthritic.  Zippers or velcro would work, or just a slip-on (if it's the mule style).

Anti-slip/ice-gripping.  (Very important!)

Her foot is narrow, so they either need to naturally run narrow, or offer a narrow size.  (That's the trickiest part!)

I haven't had much luck yet!

This looks to me like a tie shoe that you tie once and then slip off and on from then on.  It's  waterproof, has good traction, and comes in narrow sizes.

Wow, that might work!  I thought about LLBean, but didn't think they offered narrow sizes.  Thanks!
