It feels weird for me to be preparing for rain and wind instead of snow and ice this late into October! Also, the "paper"work which I've been avoiding. I really want to exercise but DH is still sleeping (I work out in our room), and I have a lot to get done before we leave for my parents' house at noon. I think I have missed my window of opportunity. Ds3 and I just got back from mass and I will take him to his trail run with his tennis team in 20 minutes and try to arrange a ride home for him. Home for a little and then off to pick up dd2. Then, only relaxation... (It helps to have a family member with celiac when you are refusing leftover pastries. ) Volunteered to teach on Sarah and Hagar for the women’s Bible study. Jean in Newcastle Posted October 29, 2017 Author Share Posted October 29, 2017 I'm doing one load of laundry - wash and dry. I will do the folding tomorrow as part of tomorrow's laundry tasks. So my part of laundry today will only take five minutes or so. I also did a quick clean of the kitchen. Then I did something that I've wanted to do forever. I cleaned my very gross silverware drawer. I'm embarrassed to say that it is gross! (The actual tray for clean silverware is not gross, but the drawer underneath was.) This is something I want to do every time I open that drawer. I've always been so overwhelmed at the thought. But because I'm not playing catch up for once, I had the time and energy.
