Melissa in Australia
The Speech Pathologist noted that twin 2 is quick to grasp rhymes and suggested that I should be using them to aid in letter formation. example letter f A fish jumped up in the air than fell into the ocean, the ocean being the cross part of the f. I also had noted that twin 2 is able to learn through rhyme, but being a non musical person I struggle to come up with ideas for this form of learning ( or more precisely did not connect it to his learning at all). I have tried Google but have not been able to find exactly what she was talking about. Is anyone here familiar with this and have suggestions where I can source letter formation rhymes. Thanks heaps Edited September 20, 2017 by Melissa in Australia
HomeAgain
We have a few of these we use in D'nealian: g: around, down, UP with a monkey tail It's been a while since we've used any so I'd really have to rack my brain, but that's how my kids learned letter formation.
