oh wow, that is very generous! I love their customer service. A while back I either lost, or didn't recieve, the Ancient Timeline in the timeline pack I had purchased. It had been almost a year since I purchased it, so I emailed to see if I could buy just the Ancient one or if I had to purchase the whole package. The woman had an extra from a demo set and sent it to me for free!

They're good people. I was all set to order two of their products with a 40% off code a few years ago, when my little niece came in and asked me to read to her. When I returned to the purchase, I forgot to enter the code, which made the items a lot more expensive than I had planned. They were e-books so I couldn't cancel the order. I immediately emailed them and asked if they would take pity on me. They did, and they refunded me the difference. Really great customer service!
