Seasider
What to read after Wool/Shift/Dust? What other works of his have you enjoyed?
Monica_in_Switzerland
I loved that series! Haven't read it, but I think I'll try I, Zombie next. I'm really not a zombie genre person, but the reviews on amazon are pretty compelling.
GailV
I liked his Molly Fyde series. It's more Young Adult. It reads a bit as though it was made for teen book discussion groups ("how does the double sun of the planet affect the psychology of the planet?"). But still fun to follow along with Molly's adventures.
Um_2_4
Well, there is tons of fanfic that follows that "universe" if you like that. Some is pretty good. After I finished Wool, that I kept going with the "kindle worlds" on amazon. There are still a ton more I haven't read yet.
6packofun
Beacon 23 by Howey was OK. I didn't love much of anything else he wrote. Try The Passage by Justin Cronin or Station Eleven. Sleeping Giants and Waking Gods by Sylvain Neuvel are my current favorites. I also really liked Seveneves by Neal Stephenson except for the last 1/3 or so of the book. Dark Matter by Blake Crouch gets good reviews; I thought it was OK and liked the Wayward Pines trilogy better. The Last Policeman trilogy by Ben Winters is really good.
