Dmmetler
DD likes making charm pins for her cheer team before each competition, which have beads in the team colors, the team mascot/symbol, and something related to the competition/each individual kid. The girls add them to their backpacks. It's a fairly inexpensive way for my "gifts as love language" kid to do something special for her team. The problem...this year her team is "Blue Ice". Uh....what kind of charm works for that? I'm coming up dry on Oriental trading and Etsy, and would welcome other search terms. Her team is a 14u team. The youngest girl turns 10 next month. wonderchica
A blue snowflake? Maybe with blue rhinestones? I think this is a popular motif for Frozen items.

Monica_in_Switzerland
I'd try blue diamond or as mentioned upthread, a snowflake or something Frozen related. When I opened the thread, I thought you were looking for a charm in the shape of those blue ice packs for insulated coolers. I was going to suggest making one out of polymer clay. lol.
Miss Tick
Sounds pretty easy to craft out of Sculpey, but that is because I'm thinking of the blue ice we use in our cooler. Reading your post, perhaps that does not quiiite match their image. Lol.
eternalsummer
You can see if this seller will do them in light blue: https://www.etsy.com/listing/527059372/melting-ice-cube-charms?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=ice%20cube%20charm&ref=sr_gallery_1
Norah
Would a blue Icee or snow cone charm work? You might be able to make them out of shrinky dinks or polymer clay. Though the shrinky dink plastic might look more ice like. I saw some blue ice cream cones when I was googling to see if blue snow cone charms were a thing you could buy, but ice cream feels less like ice than snow cones or an Icee.
