I think it's time to add a guided meditation that I could fit in with my morning workout or over a break at work. Does anyone have any favorites they could recommend? I'd like to start with something short (like 5-10 minutes) that I could lengthen if my time permits. I'd prefer it to be an app so I could put it on my phone to go with me.
