The choices for pressure were light, medium, firm, and deep. I'm a deep tissue massage person, but I asked my experienced friend what she thought. She said MEDIUM for sure. So I went with medium and there were times that it almost crossed into too much. I can't imagine what firm or deep feel like. I feel great today!
