There is one that sounds identical to the Lost smoke monster with a sort of rattling sound. We'd love to know what it is! Any ideas? Is the bird you're hearing a low pitch (screech owl) or higher pitch (woodpecker/flicker)? That monster made a few different sounds. A couple weeks later I heard the same odd sounds while hiking, and realized it was actually a squirrel (I think). They can make lots of thrumming, mechanical type sounds.
