homeschoolally
DD saw the style of writing on an old copybook and fell in love with it. Trying to find something similar and haven't had any luck. I don't know how to put a photo here, but if you google "Gods of the Copybook Headings" it comes up with text saying "good nature like a bee, collects honey from every herb" It is simple, yet elegant writing. Would love to know if anyone has seen copywork with this style, either as a curriculum or something I could print from the web. Thanks in advance! Rosie_0801
You're after Spencerian handwriting?
homeschoolally
Had no idea what to call it, so that's very helpful! Looked up Spencerian writing, and yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks!
Rosie_0801
If you want to start right now instead of waiting for their copy books to show up in the mail, you should be able to download these now.

Twigs
You can find instruction books on Amazon. Some of these fonts from Word might be close enough to make your own copywork. Edwardian Script The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. AR Decode The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Kunstler Script The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Palace Script The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Best wishes (in my favorite, Monotype Cursive, a form of Italic Cursive)
