Hobbes
We finished The Voyage of the Dawn Treader together this week and started The Silver Chair. 7+9yos are loving it. 3yo pretends to listen. 1yo is loud. It's fun because DH never read them before and it's been long enough for me that I've forgotten a lot, so we're all (re)discovering Narnia together. wintermom
Uncle Tom's Cabin Last week, so 11 and 14 Wow. That's pretty depressing reading for kids those ages. I couldn't finish the book myself. I just wanted to cry and cry.

mc26
My guys are 12 and 14. We still read aloud daily. We just finished Animal Farm and are currently reading a book about the Kennedy assassination. Younger ds and I are also reading Night Divided in the evenings. Older and I just abandoned Stargirl, not sure what is up next.
