s/o Make-up...Suggestions for old and hormonal?

I mentioned this in the revived make-up thread but I decided it was worthy of it's own thread since there seems to be others looking for suggestions.  :)

I rarely wear make-up these days but I think I need to start wearing something with sunscreen.   I'm 47 and have some wrinkles/bags/squishiness around the eyes.  I get hormonal break-outs for a week or two every month mostly around my nose or on my chin - not awful but I don't want to make them worse.  My skin is I guess what I would call combination - dry cheeks but slightly oily t-zone (anyone still use that term?).

So, any suggestions for something with sunscreen, that won't make break-outs worse, won't make skin too oily or dry it out too much?  Tinted or not is fine.  If it's not hugely expensive, that would help too.  :tongue_smilie:

Thanks!

I have sensitive, breakout prone skin and I like Neutrogena Pure & Free for my face. For my body, anything fragrance free as I'm allergic to chemical fragrance. I like mineral better, but it does leave a white cast.

I highly recommend jojoba oil for a moisturizer. My face is doing so much better with it. I put it on at night, and again first thing when I wake up. It is all soaked in before I put on any make up. As long as I keep my face moisturized, it looks pretty good with foundation. It doesn't clog my pores, no break outs or anything from it.

I use IT Cosmetics CC liquid foundation with SPF 50 and apply with a soft bristle brush instead of with fingers or sponge which keeps it from caking into wrinkles.

I like EltaMD UV Physical Broad-Spectrum SPF 41. It's tinted so there isn't really a white cast, even though it's all physical barrier. I've only been using it for about two weeks but I really like it. I use it with just a light dusting of face powder and it's plenty of coverage for me. I don't like heavy makeup coverage though. I have skin much like yours, and this has been great so far.
