mathmarm
Are there any kids books out there that are written in cursive?
Jean in Newcastle
I seem to remember Babar having some cursive in it.

mathmarm
I seem to remember Babar having some cursive in it. I have not been able to figure out how to find the cursive versions. I read that the older versions were in cursive, but now the books are in print.

Tanaqui
Interestingly, I just saw this post. Scroll down, it looks like "My Pictures After the Storm" is written at least partially in cursive. Though it's not a super difficult read, I don't think.
historically accurate
I'm pretty sure that Muggie Maggie by Beverly Cleary has some cursive. There is a Hopscotch Hill book about learning to write - I don't remember if it has cursive or is about print - Hallie's Horrible Handwriting. Emba
There is a picture book by Margaret Wise Brown, Away in My Airplane, that is written in cursive. The McGuffey readers have occasional poems in cursive, and they could be downloaded for free and the pages you want printed out. Most are on Google books and/or Project Gutenberg.
