Holly IN
Hello, I am wondering if you used any supplemental materials with this book?? I know this is not considered a high school book but it is for my short term memory gal. I thought I read some used Hakim book (#9) with it. Thank you!! Corraleno
Actually K12 uses it for 9th grade, for students who did volumes 1 & 2 in 7th & 8th. It is written at a higher level than the other two, IMO. There are tons of documentaries for 20th century world history, you could easily supplement with those in areas of particular interest. The main thing you will need to add are assignments and assessments. None of the Human Odyssey books include those, but volumes 1 & 2 have student workbooks and teacher's guides. Volume 3 doesn't have those, though, as K12 had those materials online.

Luckymama
Corraleno.....so what do we use since Vol 3 doesn't come with the assessments and assignments? D wrote some papers. I quizzed her orally. Since I also did all the readings and we watched documentaries together, it was pretty simple. I shared my plan a few years back on the middle school board.
