Dry brushing for face

Just wanted to share. I started this two weeks ago and my skin looks so much better already. Very smooth and even looking. But the best part is that my middle-age mom beard is gone. Yep.  I apparently brushed it off. No complaints from me.  :hurray:

I use these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015O6YMCQ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I actually have those brushes, but forgot all about them. How exactly do you do it? How often and whatnot?

I do it every morning when I wake up. I guess 2-3 a  week is enough but I wanted to start a habit of not forgetting. Just start out very lightly.

Here is a chart. I pretty much do this pattern.

It says it takes less than ten minutes but it's far less than that. 2 minutes or so.

I'm intrigued.  Can you give some details on how you use this?  Like before makeup?  I have a large one for the body but have never seen one for the face.

When I wake up before getting out of bed. If I'm not showering, just a quick wipe off and then jojoba oil about 2-3 drops for my whole face and neck. Makeup will go on after I let the jojoba sink in. I give it at least 10 minutes.
