I honestly cannot believe the losses we have had in our family, and we aren't the only ones. We lost my mother, 2 aunts, a cousin, my brother-in-law's mother, his brother, his 13yo cousin (and he's been married to my sister 43 years so these people are like our family), another bil's brother, several (actually 5) close friends lost parents, and the week before Christmas, my dd's on/off boyfriend of 4 years died in a car wreck. One of my dearest friends lost both her parents in less than a month, a young cousin, and then her grandmother 2 months later, all while undergoing chemo for the 3rd different cancer she's been diagnosed with in 2 years. This is just people we know and are close to! I can't believe the list of famous people that have died this year, not to mention all of the other tragedies in the country. It's been unreal!
