AK_Mom4 Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 (edited) I'm on my phone so I can't see details, but what has been super helpful for my son has been to meet every two weeks with a councilor. They talk about insomnia, things that make him stressed, strategies for nights when sleeping doesn't work. I think just having someone to talk to about it has been very beneficial for my son where the cause for insomnia was not medical. ETA - he found a councilor first through the college health office.
