I've saved a lot since I got my Instant Pot and have been trying them all out. So far, these two are the ones I've made most often:

http://www.forksoverknives.com/recipes/lotsa-vegetablechowder/  (I really like it, but still fiddling for the rest of the family)

 

ETA: I forgot to say that despite my best intentions, I use chicken stock for that soup recipe, otherwise I know the rest of the family won't want it. They're adventurous eaters, but they do like their meat!
