Runner's flashlights?

If you run/walk/bike in the dark, what do you like for a flashlight? Also wouldn'y mind a reflector and a place to keep my phone. Not sure if one piece of gear can be all of these things.

I carry a flashlight at present, but it is an LED rechargeable that dies within 15 minutes. By then, there is enough dawn light that I probably won't break an ankle on a hole or a stick, but it is only getting darker. I would like to have another source of illumination soon.

My BIL suggested a headlamp, but he did say you have to get used to the light's movement and if you're prone to motion sickness it might be an issue. They also sell reflective running vests. Don't forget those. You don't just want to see, you want to be seen. :)

I use a headlamp. I like to be able to adjust the light to aim at the ground. I've never felt motion sick! It is cold, so I'm wearing a hat or headband and I barely notice the headlamp. I put my phone in a small pocket in the waistband of my running pants, or in my jacket pocket. I have one running jacket with a small pocket in the upper arm - I love that! Perfect spot for my phone. I don't wear a reflective belt, but I should. I run with a friend at 5am a few days a week. It is completely dark. We sometimes see spooky deer eyes reflecting at us!

Headlamp, reflective bands on ankle, blinking light on back...Nathan brand makes terrific gear. Like a pp said, you want to be seen as much as you need to see. That means lights and reflectors, especially if you don't have sidewalks or it's very dark.

A lot of running and outdoor clothing comes with reflective strips too. They really do make a difference in being seen.

If you are biking in the dark, you'll need a good headlamp and (preferably blinking) taillight on your bike. Both are required by law, for obvious reasons. Your clothing should be reflective and you should take extra precautions. This time of year, even during the day, the lower light makes seeing bikes more difficult so illumination is essential.
