Chef Hive - Stir Fry Chicken Sauce with Orange Juice?

So, I often make stir fry as dinner, but I usually make the sauce with chicken brother, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch and maybe a touch of Sriracha. But I have a notion to use some O.J. I happen to have. How would you make up this sauce? Should I still use part chicken broth in order to keep the O.J. Flavor from overpowering?

I use

1.5 c oj

3 tsp grated ginger

1.5 tsp honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp soy sauce

1/4-1/2 tsp white pepper

I thicken with cornstarch or arrowroot at the end. Yum!

Yum! I have all of those things! But I might cup the OJ with some broth as Zoobie suggested.

P.S. This turned out well. I did sort of a mash-up of what Hope Academy and Zoobie said. I used:

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup OJ

1 T rice vinegar

2 T soy sauce

2 T brown sugar

Salt, pepper

1/4 t chili paste

Fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic

1 T cornstarch

Over chicken, onions, green peppers and carrotts.
