Adding foods back into your meals after Whole 30

For anyone who has done at least one round of Whole 30, did you decide to add back in certain foods?  It seems really tough to stay on it religiously long-term without changes, so I'm wondering what things you felt were OK to start eating again?


Dd and I are going to try it to see how she feels and I could use a little weight loss/end to the cravings.  For dd we're going to see if it helps her health and then add food items back in after the 30 days ONE at a time to see how she feels.  I'm committed, but not looking forward to it.  lol
