marbel Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 (edited) I've been invited to an online Premier Designs jewelry party. I guess it's an MLM. Usually I don't feel much obligation to buy in these situations, but this is for the mom of a friend and I would like to help out. So, I am looking. But, I have no opportunity to view the items in person. Has anyone bought from them, or have other knowledge with regard to quality? I know that is subjective but a few opinions can be helpful. It seems expensive to me, but this sort of thing usually does. Edited September 29, 2016 by marbel Quote
TheReader Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 I bought something from them many years ago.....it is still in good condition, but I don't wear it very often. The quality seems nice....I think I'd call it high end costume jewelry? Or fashion jewelry? It looks very nice in person, and has a good weight to it. 2 Quote
magnificent_baby Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 I have pieces from many, many years ago. It is good quality overall. I've had issues with a few pieces but they are lifetime guaranteed, just keep your receipts!! I do prefer going to a party versus an online party, they can show you the large variety of ways to wear a piece, and it's just fun to get together with friends and oooh and ahhh over the jewelry. :) They also often look much prettier in person. 2 Quote
kbutton Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 All of my jewelry from Premier has been really nice, and they do repair./replace generously. 1 Quote
marbel Posted September 30, 2016 Author Posted September 30, 2016 Thanks, y'all. Makes me feel better about ordering. I agree that an in-person party would be better! But maybe having it online helps with the impulse buying. The consultant lives in another state. Normally I wouldn't bother but she is the mom of a sweet friend and I'd like to help her out. 1 Quote
lauraw4321 Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 I am terrible at keeping up with receipts, and I really regret that with Premier, because I've had 2 things I bought (out of 3) break, and while I'm sure they would fix it if I still had receipts, I didn't. 1 Quote
MotherGoose Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 I have Premier stuff from many years ago. It's costume jewelry, but it's high quality. Definitely pleased with it. 1 Quote
