gardenmom5
ds will be receiving an AS degree in engineering. his plan is transferring to a 4-yr, and getting a BS in aerospace. my girls went directly to a 4-yr, so transferring is new to me. there is exactly one school in our state that offers aerospace . . . . there aren't a lot of schools that do. I've never helped a kid with transfer before - so any tips would be greatly appreciated. he wasn't ready for college when he was 18, but he is now. he's been extremely diligent, with good grades (he was really disgusted he got a b+ by 3 points.. . I told him to go talk to his teacher . . . ). and he works part time. so - any tips? things to pay attention to? I told him to go talk to a counselor at the school for advice as well. best case scenario is he gets into our local school. good school, instate tuition, continues to live with 1dd.
