Janeway Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 The last couple books, and only then, we skipped the reviews in the textbook. We did everything else in the textbook and did 100% of the workbook. Half of 6B is review. Since it is the last book, I find myself feeling a little like we should do all the textbook reviews. (we do the workbook reviews, everything in the workbook, regardless). My qualifier in the past is that he has to do the textbook reviews if he seems to struggle at all with the workbook. Well, he is not really struggling with the workbook, but things are not going as quickly as before. He hates fractions. And 6B seems to get heavier in to several step word problems where the student is supposed to solve with rod diagrams instead of X's and Y's. We plan Jacob's Algebra for algebra. I already have the book and the TM. Quote
