Princess5
I have huge jiggly arms disproportionate to my body size, can they be toned and made slimmer? Right now I don't do any exercise but want to do something..my body is very fatty

Soror
I was a bit flabby after my last baby, after losing the pregnancy weight and consistent work my arms and upper body are fairly toned now. My main exercises are yoga and Aerial, which are bodyweight only work- push-ups, pull-ups, etc- you can get plenty strong/toned using just your body. It also shows on me because I'm not an apple shape, I'm somewhere between a pear and hourglass(likewise I have a friend that is an extreme pear and although she doesn't work out she has not fat at all on her upper body). You'll likely have to work on losing some of the fat as well as toning the arms.
Carrie12345
Push ups, pull ups, free weights, machines... they're all good (push ups and pull ups will target more muscles in one exercise.) Sadly, muscle building/toning isn't usually very noticeable without fat loss. For me, at the height of my fitness program, my arms looked and felt better than ever! But I never lost *all* of the jiggle. Partly because I really like cheese and crackers, and partly because loose skin is a very normal part of aging, especially after years of weight fluctuation.
fairfarmhand
ummm..Well, milking a cow and lifting haybales does it for me. :) Look into pilates and yoga. You don't have to use weights or equipment to tone.
MEmama
Pilates. But it will take losing the fat to uncover the muscles, no matter how toned. Thankfully strength training is a key component to a solid weight loss program.

My Silk works forearms pretty good too with all the grip/hanging but it isn't a practical suggestion I gues.
