morningcoffee
Is it possible to do this without the dvd or distance learning option? We would have the investigations lab dvd. Would I need to teach from the TM or is most of the information in the student pages? I'm looking at the third edition since the lab dvd hasn't been updated to match the fourth edition. Mom22ns
Yes, you can teach it. You will want the TM. There is additional information there as well as answers. When we used BJU science in Jr. High, I definitely taught it, rather than just setting them loose with the books. YMMV. You might also get more response to this on the middle school board since it is a Jr. High program.

Loesje22000
I will use it for grade 11/12 Geography. I've taught the books always by myself so far. (But we don't use BJU this year) In older threads about this edition and the current edition, people condsidered the current edition middle school level, but the older edition as highschool level. These threads were posted on the middle school board. HTH
