Ottakee Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 I am trying to help one of my good friends and fellow foster/adoptive moms market her new book that features the messy and not so great parts of becoming a family for kids that have been adopted at older ages. Today we visited local libraries that are looking at carrying it and had a few local downtown stores take some on consignment. I just need ideas because, as my lovely daughter told me this morning, "Mom, you are NOT a sales person"....no, I am not. I am just a foster and adoptive mom that believes in getting books into kids hands that pictures transracial adoptions, and realistic stories where not everything is rainbows and unicorns, etc. Any ideas for me? Us?? www.westolivepress.com is the website and the book is on Amazon as well but needs publicity. Quote
