Anybody have a good and easy copycat Panera breakfast souffle recipe?

Preferably one that uses pre-made dough, as I am not a baker and that would mean too many steps for me!

I don't have a recipe to share, but I love those breakfast soufflés! My local Panera would be sold out if you got there later than 8:30, and I am not an early riser so they were a rare treat!

Yeah I think the puff pastry is the way to go with this. Crescent rolls don't have the right texture. I would also use ramekins if you have them and not muffin tins. They are bigger and would be more like the ones at Panera.

I do not have ramekins but I have always lusted for a set!  Maybe a good Christmas gift request!!!!!

Ask for 8. I have 4 and it never seems to be enough. I often supplement with food prep bowls. ;)
