We had an incident last week where a tree company damaged one of our cars. I talked to the owner last Wednesday when it happened and haven't heard from him since. I have emailed 4 times and called with no response.

 

I keep repeating this and cracking myself up. The owner's name is actually Dan. :lol:

Call your auto insurance company and report it. They will contact the tree company and get their insurance information. 

 

I'm not getting the "Dan" reference. I feel out of touch!!

Did you get his liability and workers' comp insurance info prior to the work being done? The liability agent should be able to help light a fire. Under his bunny.

My son was driving down a street in our neighborhood and a branch fell onto the top of our car. There were no cones, no signs and no indication that any tree work was being done. There wasn't even a truck in sight.

And LOL on the bunny.
