MomOfABunch
I'm looking for easy readers with good pictures with 2-3 simple sentences on the page. I'm using these to remediate comprehension and need slightly harder than the beginning bob books and the beginning I Can Read series, but books that still have lots of illustrations. Thank you! prairiewindmomma
I Can Read level 3 readers: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=i+can+read+level+3 DK readers level 2 or 3: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=DK+readers+level+3&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3ADK+readers+level+3 I find the DK readers to be a little more advanced that the I Can Read series. The DK readers also go up to more advanced levels. The Eyewitness books (sometimes co-labeled as DK4) are great for practicing fluency with older readers once the phonics remediation has come along a bit. nannyaunt
Primary phonics readers - They come in six levels of increasing difficulty. They also have workbooks and maybe some other things available but I've never used any of that. I think the books are excellent. They are available from rainbow resource. Rachel
Have you tried Usborne? Ted and Friends is a book with 5-6 stories in it. They have several others too that are single stories, Racoon on the Moon is one title.
Jackie
Henry and Mudge? It's been a while, but I think that was about their level.
