Spinner ring as teen/adult fidget

I just ordered DD19 a spinner ring.  I think it will provide a perfect socially appropriate fidget.  I never knew they existed before!  I found stainless steel ones on Amazon for less than $10, including shipping:

DD's fidgets have been known to drive other family members crazy. She can click a ball-point pen for hours, twirl the venetian blind strings until they wear through, and find just the perfect rocking chair arc and speed for maximum creaking.

When she was younger, I thought she'd outgrow the need to fidget.  Now I am not so sure!

Have you found any other great fidget tools for young adults?

I have a spinner ring similar to this one: https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/64710525/spinner-ring-floral-and-scroll-in?ref=market

I've had it for about 15 years and it's very soothing. I didn't know they had a name, though. Stacking rings are also good for fidgeting with - I can spin them easily because they're so thing, and take them off and reorder them etc.
