EmseB Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 I found out today that DS8 has been super helpful to DS7 and taken over doing his Khan Academy math for him today. "Hey, little bro, do you need anyone to do this for you to earn you your points and badges?". Older DS likes earning the points and badges and little brother's math is much easier and little brother was really none the wiser as to why this was a bad idea. In fact, he thought it was so nice of older DS that he bragged about how great it was that his older brother was being nice to him. It was like that time I told my little brother that gold was worth more than silver so he could have all my pennies if he traded me his silver coinage. Okay, maybe not that bad, but DS8 knew exactly what he was doing because he'd been banned from the room before when he kept telling his little brother the answers to the problems. Grr, argh, and all that. But sibling issues aside, I have been playing around with the website, but I can't figure out if there is any way to reset certain skills that were marked as "practiced", or to just wipe clean about an hour's worth of work. Does anyone know if this is possible? Quote

Jean in Newcastle Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Practiced skills are rotated back in, so they will come back up again. You can also specifically select the skills by going to "show skill breakdown" and hitting the square of what skill you want to practice. Even if the square is mastered, you can still click on it and it will come up for you to do. 2 Quote
ashfern Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 (edited) You can look at the activity (today, yesterday, last 2 days, last 3 days, last 7 days, last 30 days, all time). Then have the child do the activities that he didn't do. I'd change his password and be the one to log him in & out so it doesn't happen again. Edited August 12, 2016 by ashfern Quote
