Amazon and returns q

Can you return things to Amazon if you are disappointed in the quality after a period of time? Where do I go on the site to explain my situation and get a replacement? I purchased these thumb guard things that are supposed to help your child stop sucking their thumb. They work well, but after a little over a month of nightly wearing, I see slight tears in the rubber, in the same place on both guards. I feel like it should've lasted longer than that...they weren't cheap, and we weren't hard on them. Ideally, I would like replacements. I contacted the seller and he said I need to do a return through Amazon since they fulfilled the order. I do not have the packaging anymore and obviously the product is used and now is breaking too.

I don't know. I tried looking for a link to contact customer service but I kept getting routed to the Contact Us link which has you highlight what item you have a problem with and following links. I can't follow them since I have nothing to return. You can try and see if it gives you a chance to explain your problem. Also, when I googled for how to contact customer service I do think I saw a telephone number. Maybe you can start there? Good luck!

It's hard to find a number but you will have to call them directly if you want to return something after the return window is closed.

I recently had to do that and they charged me the return mailing cost. but it was an expensive item I couldn't use, so it was worth it to me.

I think I googled Amazon customer service number to get the phone number. Their website is set up so you can't find it easily.

Search for your order on your account. There will be a button that says return. Click that and see if you're outside the return window. If you are, you can use the contact us area to chat with someone (good luck with that...IME you get canned responses and a headache). Have another window open with the order number to cut and paste in the chat.
