catz Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 (edited) I'm leaning toward using Foerster PreCalc with math without borders this fall for my 15 year old. Has anyone used this? How do you schedule it? I use Homeschool Planet online as a planner and things get done much better here where everything is plugged in nice and neat to the planner and expectations are clear. If I look at the table of contents of Foerster and break down into lessons there are 96 if I punched my numbers into the calculator correctly. Does MWB have daily scheduling break downs? Any thoughts on this are much appreciated. Scheduling is my downfall. Edited August 5, 2016 by WoolySocks Quote
MarkT Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 He has the chapters with problems etc online. https://mathwithoutborders.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Precalc-Problem-Selections.pdf Ask here: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/MathWithoutBorders/conversations/messages I believe he is on vacation now. --------------------------------------------------------------------- I used the Foerster along with several other texts to supplement my DS Precalc this past summer. It is a good text with challenging problems. Quote
