SquirrellyMama Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 I'm in charge of ordering shirts for a 5k/10k/Fun Run, and I have a list of registered participants along with their shirt sizes. I would like to order extra for people who sign up after tomorrow, and at the race. Is there a guide for ordering sizes without knowing sizes? So, should I assume that a larger % of people would want at least a M or L over a S and XL? Or would L and XL be better? I tried to Google it, but haven't come up with the right words :) I wonder if the printer we are working with would be able to help with that? Kelly Quote
SquirrellyMama Posted August 3, 2016 Author Posted August 3, 2016 I found the information I needed. I just had to add some extra words to my Google search :) Planning events is stressful. Kelly 1 Quote
Tap Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) It sounds like you found what you needed, but I would also consider just adding a percentage on top of what you already ordered. So, if you want to order 10% more, then add 10% proportionate to how many of each size you already ordered. Or if it is a specific number like 8 more shirts then break it down by how many you already ordered but in similar percentages. Edited August 3, 2016 by Tap 2 Quote
