My daughter requested a unit on simple machines.

I know I'll use BFSU volume 2 as my spine. It covers information on wheels, levers, planes, pulleys, gears, and hydraulic lifts.

I'd like to make things easy on myself and get a kit to go along. We've used some Lego Education kits before (the ones for younger kids like Early Simple Machines with Duplo). She doesn't seem to like K'Nex. What other options are out there and good? Most of her science is done at a late elementary level, but she has early elementary fine motor skills which may impact her ability to use some of the kits for older kids.
