Too funny. I have to share this with my dd (who has long hair but never styles it).

 

But, it gave me PTSD flashbacks of sharing a bathroom with my sister when growing up & she went through the 80s/big hair/Glamour Shots phase. (I was more stylish with my Flock of Seagulls short hair that required gel, not hairspray. :lol: ) I was routinely fumigated ( :svengo: ) by her excessive hairspray use. And, I think there was so much sticky hairspray goop on the back of the bathroom door, it was effectively a giant piece of flypaper. ;)

 

(These are not photos of us, but here's kind of how my hair looked vs. hers. I miss my old cut. I think I'm going to ask for some 80s punk styling when I go get my haircut!)

LOL! I LOVED 80's hair! I went reckless with the Madonna look (one side shaved out a little bit! The smell of Paul Mitchell hairspray (chemical watermelon) still makes me swoon!!!!
