Moxie Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 Is that a real job or just something talked about on the Internet? Quote
Jenn in FL Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 It *can* be a real job. One of my college daughters has been doing this in addition to her brick and mortar job on campus for over a year. Sometimes she works for one person, sometimes she freelances for multiple people and does small jobs that come up all day long. The requests run the gamut between make this one minute phone call or reservation for me, all the way up to plan my vacation for me. Payment directly corresponds to the task she accepts. For her, it has been a great gig! Quote

Jenn in FL Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 I will ask her the specifics of just exactly how she started. In the mean time, just do a simple Google search for Virtual Assistant. I recognize a few of the links that pop up as names she has mentioned in passing. I do know definitively she is not wed to any particular single entity. If she were a professional dancer, she would be deemed a "gypsy!" :tongue_smilie: Quote
