UPCOMING - Lunch - romaine lettuce salad (my go-to salad w/fixings) Snack - really need an idea here Exercise - bike 30 min Dinner - TJ's roaster red pepper/tomato souip w/shredded cheese, TJ's zucchini fries Other? Heidi, I need braces! DD had hers and came off 2-3 years ago. You will get used to the adjustments in time. In the beginning it's new and hurtful. I'm impressed with y'all and your food/exercise selections! Really good! Edited July 19, 2016 by sheryl Quote
momee Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) Last week - yoga at the new gym x 3. Three walks of over two miles each. Extensive gardening in the heat. Worked a rehersal and wedding of over 16 hours total . This week - no yoga, a little gardening, and a TON of housecleaning. Amazing how I cannot remain consistent in one stupid thing. *Dear gym - I cannot remain faithful, but I thought of you at least once.* It's a season with 7 of us in the house, I've got to lower my expectations. Food? Well. I'm starving - have no meal plan, no groceries really except some mushrooms going bad. So there ya go. Edited July 19, 2016 by momee Quote
LucyStoner Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 My diet was pretty shitty today. I just haven't been hungry. I ate some low fat popcorn, drank some plain cold brew coffee and ate a thing in a tortilla with beans, salsa and avocado which I primarily ate because it was dinner time. Oh and, a granola bar in the car. I'll have tea before bed in a few minutes. Hopefully my appetite will be back tomorrow. Not much exercise either besides spring, er, summer cleaning my bedroom. LucyStoner Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 On the upside, my husband and I are super happy with our clean to the corners of the closet, dressers and ceiling bedroom. Very restful and that's good for my health, lol. Quote
Pawz4me Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 I ate very well Monday and Tuesday. Lots of veggies and kept my calorie intake well below expenditure. Got in a walk each day and an hour of pretty intense yard work yesterday. Despite that the scale was up a pound this morning. My weight is very consistent most of the year but has been fluctuating quite a lot (for me) for the last month or so. I'm blaming it on water retention due to the heat and humidity. Quote
