Bravewrite Arrow & Boomerang Book Clubs - any experience?

I am considering the Bravewriter book club next year and I was curious if anyone has any experience with them. My son is heading into 7th grade and I am thinking Boomerang  would fit best (we've done Arrow guides for several years now).
