wayfair return--anyone btdt?

I would like to try a piece of wall art but not deal with a huge return hassle if it doesn't work out. 

It doesn't have to be as painless as zappos, but not too much worse.

I just returned something. They do not pay return shipping but other than that it was painless.

We had to return a sectional. Once they figured it out it was their fault, it was painless. They paid return shipping and pick up was very quick.
