What a cute movie! It started off really slow and I didn't think I was going to enjoy it, but it picked up and the ending was very cool. Did anyone else see it? The theater was packed! As the movie was starting, it announced it was going to start and one little lone child's voice said aloud 'It's starting! It's starting!' :)

We went to see it yesterday and were rather disappointed.... Based on the previews & trailers, we had been so excited to see it and even counted down the days. Apparently, was one of 'those' previews where they showed a lot of the best parts....not what we expected and pretty unoriginal beyond the basic premise. But maybe we just got our hopes too high.

It's probably the only movie my ds9 has ever asked to see. He loved it, and the rest of us(even his very cool 11yo brother) enjoyed it a lot!

ETA: Both DH and I thought they spent a lot of time building up the falcon.... For nothing!

We've been debating this one, so glad at this point to read that most have enjoyed it.  We have a week before our youngest returns home from being a counselor at a high school camping trip.  He might be 20 years old now and soon to start his junior year in college, but he's our baby... so our excuse to go watch movies like this (if they're good).

We saw it on Saturday. Most of us didn't like it, thought it was pretty cliched and LOUD. The only one who liked it was the 9yo and she didn't think it was as good as Zootopia.

Loud is the theater's fault. My family wears earplugs now at the movies. If the movie isn't too loud, we pull them halfway out. No movie is ever quiet enough that we can't hear with the earplugs, though sometimes when you're crunching popcorn you have to pull the plug 1/2 way out because the crunching in your head drowns out some of the lower dialog.

I detest a loud movie. Theaters must all think we're 90 year old people who spent decades of our youth at Kiss concerts.
